Conditions
- The ticket holder assumes all risks that may arise during the event and releases the organizers from any damages they may incur.
- The company reserves the right to alter, change, and modify schedules and dates without prior notice.
- No returns or ticket exchanges are allowed if the visit date changes due to any circumstance. The ticket will be valid for the final date, or a refund will be issued within a reasonable time frame set by the company, without any adjustment or compensation, using the ticket’s fixed value.
- Admission and permanence are subject to the right of admission.
- Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to personal inspection in accordance with current laws. Any person who refuses this condition will be denied entry.
- The company does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased from authorized and advertised sales points.
- The ticket may not be used under any circumstances for resale and/or any commercial or promotional purposes without prior written authorization from the company.
- Any ticket that is altered, torn, suspected of forgery, or acquired unlawfully authorizes the organizer to deny access to the bearer. In these cases, if access to the venue is not granted, the Organizer declines all responsibility. It is a condition for admission to have a complete and undamaged ticket. The ticket must be retained until leaving the venue..
