La Nao Victoria is sailing towards Peñíscola where it will dock in its port to open its decks to the public from Sunday, April 29 to Tuesday, May 1, both days included.

La Nao Victoria is the replica of the ship that in 1519-1522 made the greatest maritime feat of all time: the First World Tour, under the command of captains Fernando de Magallanes and Juan Sebastián El Cano. An expedition that for the first time in history managed to circumnavigate the planet and know its full dimension. The greatest feat of Spanish navigation, in which a Valencian participated among its crew, the cabin boy Juan de Olivar.

Peñíscola is one of the ports in which it makes stops during the tour that this year is being made by ports throughout Spain, spreading the First Round the World and the upcoming commemoration of its V Centennial (2019-2022).

La Nao Victoria will open its covers to the public from April 29 to May 1, uninterrupted from 10:00 am. at 20.00h. During the day of Saturday, will be one of the main locations for the filming of an advertisement for a well-known beer brand
