Sail with “La Mona”, Classic wooden Sailboat Dossier Velero Clásico Mona

The Nao Victoria Foundation manages “La Mona”, a Gaff Cutter recreational craft that owes its name to the peculiar design of the stern that gives it its wooden frames. A fully restored boat that maintains the traditional line and design, conditioned as a school ship.

The “Mona”, of 11.99 meters in length is classified as Class B by the Sail Trainnig International. Its handcrafted deck made of Iroko wood, its unique canopy with a striking ocher color and its interior, which is wide and also made of wood, make “La Mona” a classic boat of great beauty.

Now, for the first time in Malaga, the Nao Victoria Foundation puts at your disposal all your experience and passion for sailing in a classic sailing boat ideal for sailing with family, friends or groups (maximum of 10 crew members). A unique resource for the enjoyment of the sea and nature, where you can transmit to children, young people and adults, the values ​​of navigation, tradition and respect for the environment.

On board you can make short trips (3 hours of navigation) or crossings of several days (Puerto Sherry-Málaga) as apprentice, passenger or in practice to extend the PER up to 24 meters in length.

Place: Pier 1, Port of Malaga.
Available places: 10 on charter, 12 full boat rental.
